Terms of Service for True or False: Quiz Game

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and ART AESTHETICS LTD governing your use of the App. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for a general audience and is suitable for all ages. If you are a minor, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian. By using the App, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement in your jurisdiction, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian to do so.

3. License grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download and use one copy of the App on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us.

4. Restrictions on use

You agree that you will not, and will not permit anyone else to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the App or its content;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the App;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or attempt to derive its source code, except to the limited extent such restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law;
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
• Use the App in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair it;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems.

5. Game content and educational disclaimer

The App presents trivia statements, correct/incorrect indications, and short explanatory "fun facts" for general-interest entertainment purposes only. We take reasonable care to keep the content accurate and family-friendly, but we do not warrant that every statement or fact is complete, current, or free of error, and the content should not be relied upon as professional, academic, medical, legal, or other authoritative advice. Your use of the information in the App is at your own discretion.

6. Your device and local data

The App saves your best Challenge score and longest streak locally on your device. You are solely responsible for this data and for your device. Uninstalling the App or using the in-app "Reset Data" feature will permanently and irreversibly delete this data, and we cannot recover it for you. We are not responsible for any loss of local data.

7. Intellectual property rights

The App and all of its contents — including but not limited to its software, source code, design, layout, graphics, icons, text, question sets, and the "True or False: Quiz Game" name — are owned by ART AESTHETICS LTD or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the App or its content.

8. Third-party app stores

Your download and use of the App is also subject to the terms and policies of the app store or platform through which you obtained it (for example, Google Play). Those platform providers are not parties to these Terms, are not responsible for the App, and have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a platform’s terms regarding your use of the App, these Terms will govern to the extent permitted.

9. Updates and availability

We may, but are not obligated to, release updates, bug fixes, or new versions of the App. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (in whole or in part) at any time without liability to you. Some updates may be provided automatically by your app store depending on your device settings.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ART AESTHETICS LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE FULLY EXCLUDED, IT IS LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AND IN ANY CASE OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR THE APP.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ART AESTHETICS LTD from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the App. Your license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any of these Terms. You may terminate at any time by deleting the App from your device. Upon termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the United Kingdom, unless applicable law grants you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ART AESTHETICS LTD regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and post the revised Terms at this URL. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
